  • Not attempt unauthorized access to the site’s systems, servers or restricted areas.

03Informational content

Information on the site about services, scopes, processes and results is general in nature and does not constitute a binding offer.

  • Project photographs show real work carried out by SANVAR. Results depend on the conditions of each property.
  • Results shown from past projects, such as savings or collection of overdue dues, relate to specific cases and do not guarantee the same results at other properties.
  • The scope, price, timing and conditions of each service are set out only in the corresponding quote or contract.

04Intellectual property

The “Grupo SANVAR” brand, its logo, texts, photographs, designs, graphics and other site content belong to their owner or are used with permission. Copying, reproducing, distributing or modifying them without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Client logos shown on the site belong to their respective owners and are displayed only as a reference to completed projects.

05Quotes

  • Every quote is issued in writing, with a reference number, and describes the technical scope, items, prices and conditions of the service.
  • Quotes are valid for 15 calendar days from their date of issue, unless otherwise stated. After that period, prices may be updated.
  • Prices are expressed in Mexican pesos (MXN). VAT (IVA) is itemized where applicable.
  • Some inspection or diagnostic visits may carry a fee. In that case, SANVAR will inform you of the amount before the visit.
  • Any work outside the quoted scope requires an additional quote approved by the client before it is carried out.

06Payments

  • Unless the quote states otherwise, the payment schedule is:
    • 70% down payment to start the work and purchase materials;
    • 30% final payment upon completion of the work.
  • Payments are made by bank transfer to the account stated in the quote.
  • The client must send proof of payment with the quote reference number to contacto@gruposanvar.com.mx or via WhatsApp.
  • Work is scheduled once the down payment is confirmed.
  • If a payment is not made on the agreed date, SANVAR may suspend the work until it is settled. Delivery dates are pushed back by the length of the suspension.

07Carrying out the work

  • Execution times stated in the quote are estimates and run from confirmation of the down payment.
  • Timelines may be extended for reasons beyond SANVAR’s control, such as:
    • lack of access to the property;
    • rain or other weather conditions;
    • material shortages;
    • condominium restrictions;
    • changes requested by the client.
  • The client agrees to:
    • provide access to the property at the agreed times;
    • obtain any permits required by the condominium management;
    • provide water and electricity when the work requires it.
  • If hidden conditions not visible during the initial inspection appear during the work, SANVAR will report them and submit an additional quote before continuing. Examples include structural damage, faulty installations or internal moisture.

08Materials

  • Materials quoted by SANVAR are purchased with the down payment and used exclusively for the contracted work.
  • If the client supplies their own materials, SANVAR does not guarantee their quality, performance or durability. In that case, the warranty covers labor only.

09Warranty

  • The warranty period and scope for each service are set out in the corresponding quote.
  • The warranty covers workmanship defects attributable to SANVAR.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
    • misuse, lack of maintenance or normal wear and tear;
    • third-party work or modifications made by the client;
    • natural events, such as hurricanes, floods or power surges;
    • materials supplied by the client;
    • pre-existing problems not included in the quoted scope.
  • To make a warranty claim, the client must report the fault within the warranty period, with the quote reference number and photographs of the problem.

10Cancellations

  • The client may cancel a service by giving written notice to contacto@gruposanvar.com.mx.
  • If cancellation occurs after the down payment has been made, SANVAR may retain the cost of:
    • materials already purchased, which will be handed over to the client;
    • work already carried out;
    • logistics costs already incurred.
  • SANVAR will refund the remaining balance within 15 business days of the cancellation.

11Condominium management

Condominium management services offered under the SANVAR brand are governed by the specific contract entered into with each condominium’s owners’ assembly or committee. These Terms and Conditions do not replace that contract.
